The investigational products are at various stages of development for the potential treatment of various disorders as listed below.
Titan is focused on the late-stage development and commercialization of innovative treatments for central nervous system (CNS) disorders. Our three late-stage programs currently include potential treatments for schizophrenia, opioid addiction, chronic pain and Parkinson’s disease.
2008 Milestones
- Iloperidone For the potential treatment of schizophrenia
NDA filed with FDA with action date in July, 2008 - Probuphine® For the potential treatment of opioid addiction
First controlled Phase III results for the potential treatment of opioid addiction expected in the third quarter of 2008
- Probuphine® For the potential treatment of chronic pain
Start of Phase II trial for chronic pain expected in 2008
Titan minimizes development risk by focusing on programs with previously established proof-of-concept. This approach has yielded a robust pipeline of product candidates that have the potential to address substantial markets with significant unmet medical needs.
